Chris Michel

Chris Michel is the owner and founder of CMArborCare. When he’s not serving the tree needs of the community he enjoys hiking and backpacking with his wife Sonja, watching baseball, and playing tabletop games. One of Chris’ goals is to plant more trees than he removes, and he works with youth in the community to try and accomplish that every year.

George

George Arthur is a northern New Mexican local who has always been climbing trees since his childhood. Graduated from Highlands University with a BA in history. George understands the significance of urban forestry, and the importance of sustainable arbor practices in small communities too. Every outdoor activity is a hobby for George; he loves hiking, camping, gardening, and walking his dogs. If you find George indoors he’ll be playing video games or reading paperback books, especially science fiction and fantasy genre.

Danny

Danny is our youngest employee, starting with us when he was only 15 years old. Dany has grown right alongside CM ArborCare and we are so proud of him! Danny has flown the coop to attend university. We are thrilled to now have him as a seasonal employee. When he is not educating us on politics, he enjoys long walks, hanging out with his friends, and riding his motorcycle.

Luke

Luke is the oldest of 4 kids in his family. Luke grew up in Los Alamos, and after graduating from LAHS started working for CM ArborCare. Luke probably loves Die Hard more than Chris, but don’t tell him we said so. Luke is always ready with a joke to help make the work day go by a bit faster. Luke is a movie buff and loves talking about cinema. On his days off he enjoys playing video games, watching movies with his friends, and hanging out with his family.
